I need a server with a sound card and windows for take the signal of a Shoutcast Server and transcoding it to WMA and send for my Windows Server. I can use a little server too, if u have some with a lower price. Can be win98, xp, 200, anyone. I will use no more then 128 Kbps link. Just for transcoding services, nothing more. Do u have a good deal for me ?

The only way we would consider hosting a shoutcast server at anything below these prices would be a capped connection. We could limit your throughput to 128k and that would be it.

i dont want a shoutcast server. i want a transcoding services, that take a signal of my shoutcast server (mp3) with winamp, and send the signal to my media services server (wma) with simplecast software. For it, i need a sound card in the box. Just it.
