Everyone talks about free remotely hosted scripts (CGI or others). I would like to know if there are any Paid remotely hosted scripts b.c I do not want ANY adverts to pop up on my customers screen. Also I don't want to host CGI for security reasons as well as performance/bandwidth reasons.

Do you second that?

While you are right I still think there are some drawbacks with running remotely hosted scripts

- control. No idea if they will shut down the service tomorrow.
- control 2. uptime etc
- does not run under your own domain, some ad networks only allows you to run ads under your main domain

But, it depends on the type of script you are running. I would never run a forum somewhere where I don't have total control of the data. The data IS the community.

ust pay the free remotely hosted script host and you get bannerless, adfree CGI scripts. which you PAID for. :D
