Well, I have had negative feelings in the past about offering low priced hosting accounts but I've had a lot of emails from visitors here in WHT lately asking for plans like I'm going to offer because of not needing a lot of space or BW. So, for a limited time - and I do not yet know the time limit... could be 1 day or 1 week... I will be offering the following accounts. You may have seen cheaper but there are several here that can affirm that I go out of my way for customer service (not to say I haven't dropped the ball before and let an issue slip every now and then) but I think you'll be very pleased.

You have two choices as of right now... either being setup on a Raq4 or an AMD machine with Plesk. On the Raq4 you can have unlimited subdomains created by you. On the Plesk machine you can still have unlimited subdomains but I will have to set them up so allow a 24 hr. time frame for subdomains.

I have a new machine with Cpanel and WHM that will be up any day now (actually was up but HD crashed so I'm allowing a more extensive burn in period), and these plans will be available on it once it's available (hopefully by Friday).
