I just made a new reseller account with surfspeedy and asked my nameservers and billing software and after 30 hour i dont have no response and second even my domain name is not working
No IP is the problem

Did you change your nameservers to point to your new host? I know you're working on it with your host and I'm glad to see that..

I did everything they said the prob was the zone but nothing till now

Did you set up your nameservers in your reseller account? Did you point them to the IP's that your host gave you for them (assuming they gave you IP's that is)?
Did you also go to where your domain is registered and create nameservers for that domain, and point them to the same IP's?

I think the point is that if it's not up and running, it's certainly neither fast nor reliable... :-)
