Haven't thought of what kind of support should I give. Surely, it'll be email at least, and perhaps AIM or ICQ. It'll be from Rackshack, of course. Pls give feedbacks (not hoping for harsh ones, but still welcome, at least be gentle a little in wording) Thanks a lot for any input.

I think they're are too many packages too close together.

You should spread them out and make just three, or even just two.

IMHO.

I agree with Mark. There does not seem to be much difference in the packages, aside from a slight increase in disk space & bandwidth. If you are pretty set on those types of limits, then I'd simply do a low end & a high end.

Out of all of the packages listed, 3 seems to be the best looking. That package gives your average user everything they need. I would build around that.
