Please share your experience or info on the MSUSA.info aka Merchant Services USA .
I heard they are offering competitive rate for high risk account. Anybody knows anything about this company?

I haven't heard of them before and I'm not sure what bank or ISO/MSP they are representing since they are not disclosing that on their Web site. (They should really fix that as it is a violation of Visa/MC rules & regs to fail to disclose that information)
I do know that there are exceedingly few U.S. banks that will underwrite adult sites these days. And if you have an adult Web site, there is a high risk registration fee that is required.
Perhaps if you can find out who their sponsoring bank is or what ISO/MSP they are representing, some of us can provide more feedback to you or pertinent details.

They work with Woodforest bank. We have an adult hosting client that was going to use them and that is how I know of the bank. They wound up getting the high risk account through Netbilling instead.

Woodforest Bank definitely has handled high risk accounts in the past and may still handle them.
We worked with them at one point many years back and I know that they had a definite portion of their portfolio for the more "risky" types of businesses as well as conventional retail accounts.
I have not been involved with them in a few years so I can't comment much further than that.

Hi techs
The companies I've refered clients with high risk processing needs to are netbilling{merc accts}, ccbill, paycom (epoch) and the former Ibill {3rd party}, I've never heard of MSUSA before ... sorry.
If its a high risk merchant account you need Woodforest still offers them to the best of my knowledge.
If you already have a high risk merchant account, then just about any payment gateway can process for you.
hope this helps, good luck :)

Looks like I should research more about this company...
I wonder how many aquiring banks are accepting highrisk account currently. I know Humboldt does, but are there any other banks accepting high-risk account?

I have a merchant account that Joe from http://www.msusa.info set me up for some of my adult sites. He'll set you up through Woodforest bank. The rates are pretty cheap for a high-risk merchant account.
The only banks that I know of in the US that are taking adult merchant accounts area Humboldt if your doing over $100,000/month and 2 years in business, Woodforest and Netbilling has been setting up companies through a bank, but I don't know the name of it (I think it's Merrick, but not sure).
