Please help me

My server is run together with Apache + Tomcat (PHP+JSP)
Its down suddenly
i have check the apache and tomcat status , all seen running well.

but when i surf using web browser its show me this error message

WWVV.broadbandcms.com

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /xelpa/users/broadband/0_1.jsp on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

* php and mysql still work fine. e.g WWVV.broadbandcms.com/sitb
* i have check the permission of 0_1.jsp as well

Not sure :eek: , it recovered it self after one hour ++ . God only know what happened.
