i dont have paypal account, i cant get one because
i dont have any bank accounts mentioned in their country list.

i have a credit card, i cannot pay to paypal using my creditcard
because my country is not listed in their paypal allowed country list.

i "really" want to buy something from a paypal user who only accepts
paypal payments.

any suggestions?

i think that service is good especially if they will be buying
something that accepts paypal only.
