Hi all!
I signed up with a host to look at them before my current (old host) expired, and there was a small problem at signup where my order had to be cancelled and i had to re-sin up, but it's all working now. However their site was rather misleading with Personal Nameservers which sort of basically branded them on the DNS, so I asked for private ones they said no problem! So I gave them the go ahead to charge them $5/mo for the 2 IP's that shall allow me to resell anonymously...this was 12 hours ago, and still i'm waiting for these to be setup :( .
Another thing that was actually included in the package was billing software, however when i talked to support they seemed to not want to take to much blame and say they're being rather unfriendly etc.
Thing is their support is so friendly ;) .
And now i'm wondering if i should just resolve my DNS back to my old host and splash some cash into an Automatic Billing/Setup software (e.g WHM AP or lpanel) .
One of the most attractive things though was that they would support my clients, which i have ofcourse not been able to test as i need to wait 24/48 hours to gain the code to place a ticket system on my site...:stickout: .
So should i stay and see what it's like? Or should i go back to my old host?
Thanks,
GB.

Does your host comes with 30 days money back guarantee? If yes, why not test it for a while?

It all depends on what your looking for. If their taking their time to setup your ip's then how about if your site is down?

Hi guys,
I am very happy with my new host but it's just a bit of a nuisance i have some money saved up for advertising etc. raring to go, and i'm stuck behind small issues ;) This annoys me but *shrugs* Thats life :-). The DNS issue finally got resolved now for the billing and support code =).
Thanks,
GB.
