I currently need help with my server as it is having issues.

My site is unable to be viewed even though httpd is up. Secondly all sites hosted under that same IP address is unviewable unlike those sites with a dedicated IP address.

My site shows a Page cannot be displayed error, however httpd is working fine as well as the CPU load. Only when i use https:// am i able to access my site, but when i use http:// i am unable to do so.

In WHM (reached there via IP address) there is a message that shows Unable to obtain apache version information. Your apache server at xx.xxx.xxx.xxx may be down, or unreachable.

However as explained above, httpd works fine.

I will pay accordingly and would appreciate to see quotations on this and to let me know how much it will cost to get this problem fixed ASAP.

Just to pre-warn you the problem is not just about re-compiling the apache, I've done the recompliation twice @ option 6.

However problem persists. If you think you are able to get it done by today, please submit your quotation.

I really can't answer that without knowing your exact problem.
But I'm sure its not something unseen or unfixable, so we will be able

Most likely your default port 80 is assigned to https in httpd.conf.
