So you're going to keep it in your name while you sublease it to someone else?

Yep. I believe I'm paying $135.something a month for it, and I paid over $300 in setup fees...

I'm reselling it mainly because Rackshack requires 30 days notification, and rather than lose $135 worth of payment for a server not being used, im re-leasing it out....

I'll keep paying Rackshack as long as payment is received. Bandwidth overages are expected to be paid if im charged...

Which control panel does this Raq come with? Ensim or Plesk?

It's a raq. It comes with the Raq control panel.

Obviously you just aren't familiar with RaQs (nothing bad about that, not every is familiar with everything), and I don't want you to think I'm poking fun at you, but this one did make me go :eek:

It's kinda like asking if an iMac comes with either Linux or Windows XP OS :D Errrrr...

If you go to http://www.cobalt.com you can check out a demo of the cp (core is a modified Red Hat Linux).
