I am newbie, and I am going to provide supper high quality hosting :)
I am going to concentrate on quality support.

I have such question:
I have very low budget and can't afford to hire somebody who will answer on support tickets etc.

How much support requests do you receive during month per
client?
At least approximately. I would like to estimate how much clients will I be able to support myself.

As a rough figure, we find the number of support tickets you will get per month equals 10% of your total domains.

Hm...
do you provide support via ICQ/other instant messangers?

Or only tickets/mail?

I am going to provide ICQ/phone support only to the subscribers which will purchase not cheapest payment plan, but it may confuse users what do you think?

We provide support via:

- email / help desk
- msn
- live chat

I would try and offer as many mediums as possibe, however for time effectiveness, its best to push the idea of a helpdesk.
