halflife 2 comes out in the uk tomorrow :D

if somone could write a how to setup guide for me id be thankfull or point me in the right place.

CS is a mod for Halflife, it uses the HL engine to run ;)

im pretty sure the guide should be the same as the one for cs since they both use steam.. and steam seems to do everything

omg i cant beleive this has happened.

brought halflife 2 today and ive put it in my dvd rom drive to install it. and the thing will not run.

how odd is this. first time it has happened to me. ive got way over all the min specs so i know it aint nothing to do with that.

i have a dvd drive so i know it aint that. the cd just will not work. any ideas?

i brought it from game. and game said to me when i brought it...."you know i cant bring games back".

is there a chance that the cd might just be faulty? my drive is ok cause ive tested it with a different game.

any ideas peeps?

I don't like CS:Source at all, it's tacky.

CS: source is ******, HL2 is beasty tho especially the second grav gun..... Oh My God.... Amazing, talk about operation human shield!!
