To provide normal hosting clients with (NOT RESELLERS)
Your website name servers
ns.yourhostingcomapny.com
or
with anonymous Nameservers
ns.anonymoushost.com
And why ( Advantages - Disadvantages )

the idea behind offering a reseller plan is so that you will be transparent for your resellers' customers ... At least, people would like to resell for somebody transparant like this. I am pretty sure you would get less interested clients if you do not offer anonymous name servers ...
What's the advatages of using your own company's name servers for your resellers? I don't see any ...
Hence, I voted for 'anonymous name servers' :)

For non resellers, offering your own is best. Granted this example dosent happen to much, but it can. Lets say you go to someones site and they appear to have the features you are looking for in a host(sadly the same goes if they want to report abuse) they can whois the domain and go to the hosts site. Go with regular name servers

The best way would be providing clients with their own name servers, like:
ns1.yourclient.com, and
ns2.yourclient.com.
for each clients. Technically it is very possible. But some people that operate root name servers insist that one IP should be used by only one name servers :(. So we are now stuck with anonymous name servers. :(

Hm ... must be very late already when I answered this ... For some reasons I thought you wanted to offer reseller plans ... My biggest apology ... For non resellers plan, of course you can use your company's name name servers, although Ventures Online, Host Rockets, and some others still use anonymous name servers even for their normal hosting accounts .....
