Does anyone want to advertise on my website?
I need three advertisor.
I want a min 10bucks a month.
The person who pay more than 10 bucks, their banner will appear more than other.
My site gets around 10000 unique visitor a day.

Your site seems to be down right now. Although the offer is more then tempting (I pay a hundredfold for this much advertising on Google) I'm not sure how many hosts would take advantage of your offer.
Concidering that the majority of your visitors seem to come to your site on search words like "packet sniffer, hacks, cdkey refiller and d2 hackit".
Maybe I'm all wrong here and prejudice. (not being able to actually see the site doesn't help me very much either) but a) that's not the kind of customers I am looking for and b) it's not what I want to be associated with.
I'm pretty sure there is a market out there for you though. And you can probably do much better then $ 10.- per month. But webhosts....? Dunno. Not me in any case.

He has a temp ip its http://216.40.247.96
However hes not done uploading and it will take a while as he has many ssi that are not setup.
