We would like to lease one of those RaQ4's at tera-byte
and then RESELL that server to one of our clients.

"Managed Dedicated Server" (we do all the work
of managing that dedicated server, installing new
things, customizing, etc.) and our client pays monthly.

Our client would think that RaQ4 is hosted on
*our* facilities (false, but that's good for us).

Is it possible to "create" new nameservers for
that RaQ4? (we don't want ns.tera-byte.com,
of course).

Is this legal?
Is this allowed by tera-byte?

Yes, it is possible if you run DNS on the RaQ you are leasing. Err.. wait a sec... you are just giving that box to them eh? Err.... well on what machine are you going to have your nameservers and DNS?

You prob. would want to setup the raq as primary and then use another server as secondary.

If Terra-Byte won't allow you to resell, DI has a reseller program for dedicated servers including RaQ's. The downside to the program is that you have to buy the servers in sets of two or four at a time.
