I am in need of an experienced php programmer. I curretnly am starting a business that lets users upload photots to share with other people. The accounts are free, but if any adult photos are needed to be uploaded, then the user must purchase a private account. Accounts are also upgradable, giving users more space, and more features, such as folders, custom image names etc. I am a php programmer myself, but cannot handle of the work.
