Video tape and cover this convention? I think this would be great for those who cant make it, and they could pick up a little extra money, (if they sold the tapes for like 10$)

We are discussing some possible options and how best to handle this. we want to make this as informative and helpful as possible to as many people as possible, but also don't want to shoot ourselves in the foot so to speak and make it so that nobody wants to attend when they could just "buy the video" after the fact... we will likely put together a list of options and ask for this community for it's input as the event is afterall for the Hosting business community afterall..
