i have been looking in thier site but it doesnt show UAE

i opened a stormpay account but it says unverified , and i dont have a credit card ,

If you would be able to use PayPal in th UAE (which is not possible yet), without a credit card your account would also be unverified.

It looks like you can´t do much in your current situation.

Is there any way possible to transfer money from paypal/stormpay to ikobo?

I guess ikobo supports paypal

how come? it only supports visa and mastercard
