Hello im posting here in hopes i can find a program i like as i am unsuccessfull so far

i have been threw about 4 this past week and am not satisfied yet most are falling short here is what i want

Customer data
re occuring invoices
able to email invoices as well as print
be able to customize or have a nice looking layout on emails want html
just basically a good program with lots of options and very customizable

i have tried invoice manager 3
complete invoicer
and a couple others and each has something it wont do or doesnt have that i want

anyone have any good ones you use or could recommend thanks =)

Are you looking for a service (like ubersmith/modernbill), or just a program, I think similar to optigold (- is that right? I have to check on that name there...)

yup looking for a program that i will control invoices on my pc

having problems findinga good one for example i love
cis but doesnt have a way for me to edit the templates
and also i am unable to issue a credit
i have a few accounts i do work for that pay 3-6 months in advance and it wont allow me to put a payment larger than there bill on

Don't use it myself, but a lot of people like using Quickbooks. It's not geared toward hosting in general of course, but it is tied in with merchant accounts now.

Tried OptiGold once, but never got the hang of it :blush:

Quickbooks will do all of that for you.

But Quickbooks uses a proprietary database that you can't query outside of it right? That's the problem I have with it. Or have they changed that?
