Ever since I've installed Webalizer I've received this error:

Skipping bad record (1)
Skipping bad record (2)
Skipping bad record (3)
Skipping bad record (4)
No valid records found!


I can't find where these errors are coming from. I've check in the actual script that runs in the CRON; and it returns the same errors. Any suggestions, or fixes?

Do you run webalizer on the correct file?
Did you setup your Apache logging statement to log in the correct format?
Have you tried moving the old state information (i.e. webalizer "save files") out of the way, and rerunning Webalizer?
