almost once per two or three day i will get a paypal email notice telling me my account is limited. the reply email address look real service@paypal.com but the link which they want me to go and change info are not and looking it up from dnsstuff show the ip belong to samsung network at koera. i file a fraud with paypal but is there anything else that i can do to help take this a$$hole out. Can i file a report with FBI or what other govrt. branch deal with this? i already send Samsung PR a email telling them about this. this is really getting to me...

Email their host, that can be pretty effective

Email a copy of the chost header along with the email to spoof@paypal.com

spamassasin does good job in such spoof headers with tweaking.
