We need to change hosting providers and would very much appreciate any recommendations or suggestions!!!
We provide turnkey ecommerce web sites so we need IP based hosting packages with SSL (we'll buy our security cert and share it across our domains), with the ability to create our own hosting plans. Something like Ensim's Web Appliance on a high performance machine and network would be ideal. Good 24/7 tech support is also a key. Our retailers do not tolerate extensive down time (this is why we are looking to change).
