Hi there,
I am designing a site for a client of mine (an Auto Auction), and they need a small web application to do the following:
(you'll have to excuse me if I sound ignorant with what I want, I am not a programmer)
-a webpage that is automatically updated every 2 hours with information on the autos that will be in their next auction
-it will extract from a text file (a .wri file i believe - have you heard of this?) and will be line after line of information for each vehicle (VIN, date, year, mileage, etc.)
-This script (or CRON job, maybe?) will need to read from that file and convert it to an HTML page every 2 hours, and upload it then to the server from Thursday to Monday automatically (their auctions are on Tuesdays).
Does that make sense? If you are able to do something like this, and you have experience and/or a portfolio that you can show, please let me know by emailing me:

Pricing is negotiable, but I want this done and want it done right, and I have the funds to do it. Thanks.
