i just added some new IPs to my server, but they dont work as intended.

I can ping them from my server, but from the outside the "request timed out".

...after adding an IP, do i have to add them to the Firewall, or could it be that the IPs r not correctly set from my provider?

The IPs basic belong to the box that claims them.
Unless, of course, some netmask says otherwise.

If you have a firewall, you'll have to explicitely route these IPs.
