I'm about to transfer my site from one of those notorious hosts which doesn't have any tech support.
I need about 200MB, Windows, RealAudio server, Web Trends or Live Stats and most importantly competent phone tech support. Price
is secondary. I just transferred my linux site
to Aletia after getting some good feedback on
it, but now I also need a Windows host.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Why don't you post a request in the web host request forum, then search the forum for the hosts who send you an offer and pick the best one.

Off my head, I have heard good things about gearhost.com, you may want to check them out.
