Just wanted to share a few good words on resellerstation.com. I have been with them for quite a few months now, and has had very good experiences with them always... This is my 3rd host over the last couple of years, and this has been the best support that I've got. There has also been no downtime with them..... all the four trouble tickets that I sent has been resolved under 15 minutes flat !

Ok, based on this good review I'm in for an account -- however, after signing up I did notice that this is a company based in India.

I didn't get my account info yet and noticed that the response time is noted as 8 hours...so does this mean that typical support from this company is only available during India business hours?
