Hi,

I am now encountering problem with Enom regarding domain Renewal.

I have a Registry Rocket account from them for around 2 years already and around 2 weeks ago, The rocket aren't able to accept Credit Card Transactions from my clients and I even tried using my own CC. It seems that all cc from my country, the Philippines is being blocked.

I need to renew a domain which is to expired tomorrow and I don't know what to do. Enom told me to refill my account via Paypal and I have several problems with these. First, I don't have a Paypal only StormPay and They require 100$ minimum to refill and I don't want to refill that large of money for one domain. Enom is just my secondary domain registry. Second, I already have several domain registered thru them but my balance is still 0. How this can be?

Can anybody to help me? How can I renew this? or transfer this fast on another registry. I can pay via StormPay.

Thanks

Additionally, I checked on reseller-sub-account, I already have a commission and this is more than I need to renew this domain? Can I use this to renew a domain?

all good, because if you dont have comission you'll have to refill our account via cc , paypal , bank wire transfer or via cheques

Transfer to RegisterFly.com, they accept stormpay.
