Wonder if someone can tell us what is the best way of doing this: we have setup WHM for resellers, at this time we have only two resellers on this box, however those two resellers have custom cpanel themes. We don't want them to be able to modify their accounts through WHM so we disabled "Account Modification" for them, but when they go create accounts they are forced to use our hosting packages therefore they cannot use their cpanel themes. What is the best way to configure WHM so that they cannot modify accounts, but yet they can create accounts with their cpanel themes? Should we just create duplicate packages with their themes in them?

Never mind, I figured out that by creating custom packages for each one of these resellers, attaching those packages to their CPanel themes and then limiting them to only create accounts for those packages I solved the problem.
