I had a shared server account with HostRocket which was cancelled many months ago. I have talked to them since about a dedicated server, but they stopped answering their emails and no action was taken toward establishing that account. I now, however get the following system-generated email every night:

Subject: Bad Credit Card - Account Number: 10257
Automatic payment of your invoice was not possible because your credit card was declined. Your new
credit card information may be submitted on your control panel (http://yourname.com/menu) under
"Account Manager".
Should you have any questions regarding these charges, please email dave@hostrocket.com

I've written to dave@hostrocket.com several times, asking what they are attempting to invoice me for and and requesting that they remove my account information, but have received no reply. This is especially troubling, because they had a hack of their billing system recently and a lot of customer credit card numbers were compromised. Has anyone else received this?
