Where would company’s wanting to sell up or going out of business advertise.

I'm looking for company(s) to purchase to create an instant customer base. Any points of view on this or ideas on where I can find these company’s are very welcome.

This is early days as yet, I'm trying to work out if this would be a good idea at as appose to just starting fresh.
