Has anyone here used Merchant Order Form v1.5 ( http://www.merchantorderform.com/)? We already offer the Akopia shopping cart (http://www.akopia.com/), but we are looking for somethig to offer customers with just a few items to sell. Akopia would kind of be over kill there.
