I have my raq4 and I am having problems with the users getting mail.

Because the company I am using charges me for each DNS entry I decided to use DNS from mydomain.com.

Now, nobody can get email, or send mail. I have sent email to the accounts and the mail never arrives.

I have read that it is possibly a DNS problem. But when I go into mydomain.com and look, all my accounts are resolving in both web and mail. DNS seems to be fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have checked DNS and it is fine. I can bring webpages up easily.

In my email alias for the sites I have them set to: domain.com, maildomain.com

I setup the mx records to point to their mail: mail.domain.com

Try changing the MX records to domain.com instead of mail.domain.com

Are you currently using mydomain.com as your DNS provider and is this how you have it set up?

I don't want to change anything because it takes awhile for the entries to update and I don't want to update it with bad information.

Still can't resolve the mail.....

Can someone post a screenshot of their setup on their Raq 4 that is using mydomain.com for their DNS.
