A few days ago I installed about 5 hacks onto my IPB installation. Some of these hacks added fields to the MySQL database. Just today I purchased vBulletin 3, and because of the hacks I cant import the IPB 2 database into vBulletin. Now, what I want to do is this:

Get an old database from a month ago which doesnt have the extra fields, and merge it with the newer database, so the new data will go into the old fields, and the fields that were created by hacks will dissapear. Is this possible? How do I remove these hacks from the old installation? HELP!!!

No need. What you can do is to remove those extra fields installed. Then it should work.

Yes, but the problem is that I dont know which fields it has installed, and VB is basically telling me all the tables are NON-STANDARD :(

The only way I *think* to do this is to read these hacks .sql files which was impotted before and search for table creation/modifiying with another phpmyadmin window drop these changes.

Hope this can solve your problem.
