I searching ticket system like this:
1. When message sent to system (eg support@domain.com), ticket created
2. For view ticket status, no ticket number needed, just email
3. Free
I found osTikcet, but user need their ticket number. IMHO, user just input their email, then all question (whenever) can view. Its simple i think.

Help Center Live is similar to what you're asking for, though I have not tried using their e-mailing ticket piping feature. HCL will require a bit of modding to get it to work right on your server, it's been known to be pretty buggy, especially with multiple support operators.
