At first, I almost posted here wonderring what in the world are you guys seeing; did not seem to do anything at all on my screen. Then i waited longer, give it better attention ... and zzzappp .... I was surprised, then laughed ... ha..ha... I found that funny

Then, I woke up my wife ... she was still half awake ... Told her to stare at screen for a while ... then ... zzzappp ... and she was surpised/scared as well ... and did not think it was funny at all ... and now she really got pissed off ... I wonder why :rolleyes:

ive got this girl living in my house at the moment (shes renting the other room)

and she wont stay in the house at night unless all the windows, doors are locked and the curtains and blinds are closed.

Actually that gif is a copycat of an exe release a year ago that was 10X scarier. What the other one did after you launch it is open up some document, let you read it, and that's it. Well so you think. It lays dormant in your system and after like 3 minutes after you've closed it a FULL screen picture of a scary woman pops up and screams at you really loud. Now that one is scary!

And the worse part is, it keeps doing that over and over again till you end the task. I pulled the trick on a friend and.. well he got pretty pissed at me because he knew nothing about the task manager. :(

My ten year old daughter is _NOT_ happy with me right now ....

I blame Vortech for this little family issue and I do plan on sending Vortech the psych bill cuz I believe she just may be traumatized for life!

I've lived in 2 "Haunted houses" before where seeing "ghosts" were the everyday norm... I've seen this picture on several other sites.

Nothing beats waking up with "someone" standing by your bed staring at you, and slowly fades into thin air... THAT is scary at first, then you get used to it. That was the first day living there for 2 years...

Yea I'm serious... No joke here. about 30 people (family and non-family) can add to this with stuff they seen and felt... Yes we were actually touched. THAT will make your hair stand on end. You would also hear the strangest stuff at night. Another scary thing at first was seeing a different reflection in a mirror.

The funny parts while living there was watching our dogs barking and growling at the "ghosts". We hated that house, cause they played with your mind.

Our studies determined that the house was between 90-130 years old (this was in 1998).

This is why I probably have such an open mind to the unexplained, especially hauntings.

Since the city was doing some highway construction, we were forced to move elsewhere so the city could tear the buildings down to make an off ramp. This house had to have been the easiest place to locate on a map. Intersection of I-10 and I-95 located in Jacksonville, Florida. The road ran parallel to I-95 "Dellwood Ave".

There is more to this entire novel, but I dont think I could dredge up most of the bad memories there. Heck... That place made my sister's husbad a believer.


On another "ghost" note, my 14 yr old cousin was recently murdered (found on Nov. 8, 2001) and during the funeral service, we saw her standing behind the pastor... When you go into her room, you can definatly feel her presence and she makes you know that she is there...

that's some crazy stuff man. ouch.

Seems to be a common theme (the pissed wife), and I can add mine to the list. Actually I thought it was stupid... Scary? No. Kind of funny though. I do have to note that all of you that said you've seen, or been touched by "ghosts" are all crazy. The mind plays tricks on you, that's it.

I agree the mind does play tricks on you sometimes...

But calling me and my entire family plus other visitors, crazy just because saw and felt ghosts, is a different story... You obviously do not have an open mind to the unknown or even the possibility of "what if".

I know what I saw, heard and lived for two years of my life, and that was no mind trick. when stuff is moved in front of you, it begins to make you think. "What if there are spirits roaming among us? What if there is a higher power all must answer too?" A really thought provoking experience.

But this is one of those, you have to see it to believe it and... I believe :)

Sorry if I caused offense to anyone :( but really, I can't find myself believing in "ghosts" or "spirits". The idea just bugs me. The beauty of the mind is it can in fact "create" sights, smells, sounds ect. And until a ghost walks up to me and introduces himself to me I'll feel that it's all in the brain.

That's just my $.02.

Yeah - that made me jump too. It's funny how you first get a shock at something unexpected as that and then you get a sensation of humour. I belive humour is a neurological response to fear - or so the white-coated man who visits me once a week says.

The thing is that on the web, when you click on a "blind" link like that you tend to expect the worst. So your anxiety is up already. For example. I accidently stumbled upon a link the other day, and I immediatly closed the browser window when the images started loading - and I am not talking just some sort of freaky pr0n here folks - this was seriously sick stuff.

anyways, do you realize how many ghosts would be in the world if that was true? Billions and Billions and Billions. There would be more ghosts then people. This just wouldn't work.

Then in a sense, "we" are the ghosts while the billions of ghosts are actually the people. We'd be invading "their" privacy since there would be so many of them.
