hi everyone,

i have a one man hosting company, i do all the work like tech, sales, billing, etc. Now i'm growing more than i hope so i thing that in a few month i'm going to need some help.

I have a lot of questions about this because i can't pay so much for a good tech man, and perhaps one person dedicated all the time in only one thing will be ridiculous with only 6 servers to admin; perhaps will be better to look for someone like me that can do all, billing, sales, tech, etc.

english people have a lot of options, you can take things like the old trippodsupport or companies who give you tech support and talk directly with your customers, but in spanish there aren't nothing.

in other place, hosting is a misterious area in spain, people don't know what it's, i put some advice in local newspapers and some call me asking about 'yes i'm tech but , what it's hosting?'

i apreciate very much if you could tell me how you did it, thanks

Hire a part-time employee maybe? Post in the job offer section and also compare prices that other offers. If you base your payments on number of tickets you can keep the cost low.

The first question you will want to ask yourself is - where are you spending most of your time? And where is your time best spent?

It may sound simplistic but think about it for a moment. I.e. if your time is being taken up by non-productive tasks (or chores) that could be better delegated - then you should try to do that to free up time for more valuable pursuits.

In other words... if your biggest strength is sales and you can build it the best by focusing on that - get someone for support.

If you are the only person capable of the tech side/support side of it - then bring someone in for sales to compliment you.

First, think if any of your relatives can do the work , if not post ad's on forums looking for an ''all rounder''' to manage/run your business.

Good luck
