Anyone have any experience with host4you.net? They seem extremely cheap, so I'm thinking too good to be true - rejoinders?

Used one as a test server, they wanted to make me wait 3-5 days for them to reset root password, or pay $75 for their premium support. They make their money when you have to get something done.
