You will be leading a group of expert programmers including phDs and Masters. You will need to be fluent in JSP, PHP etc and basically know the rest of the software such that u know which to use when needed and what is their limitations.

This is a full time job having to relocate to Singapore. All nationalities are welcome, have to speak English well. Chinese speaking would be an added advantage.
