Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of working with Verio as a reseller?

While my experience isn't recent, I do have prior experience with them and have many acquaintances who have continued to use them.

Verio like many has strengths and weaknesses. They also lack consistency of direction as to where they are going with the business. Their network quality and uptime were generally quite good. However, their staff is overworked and even more so now with their cutbacks.

It largely depends on what you are looking for and what you need in the way of support.

Also, depends on your clientele and the pricing you can demand as their services do not come cheaply.
