I am looking to get a SSL Certificate for my Raq. I have decided to use Thawte.

Now my question is this.

For which software do I choose:

Apache-SSL
Apache-ModSSL
Cobalt


The obvious answer is Cobalt. But I just want to make sure as I don't want to have to get another certificate.
