I am looking for cheapest server that allow IRC on the network (including BNC, IRCD, IRC Client).

Network must be good and good supports.

I am looking for low spec of a server something like 128MB ram, 10GB, P3 500Mhz. $30-50 monthly.

TurboSVS' site returns a 'Forbidden' error when trying to visit it, and JVDS does not allow BNCs to be run on their servers.

Probably TurboSVS page is underconstructions..

Personally I would have to drop a vote for Staminus as the cheapest IRC dedicated provider out of those with a solid reputation in the IRC markets.

Though i've never heard of "turbosvs" and have never heard of experiences with jvds, its generally safe to say that "no name" IRC providers are not going to be worth the money saved by shifting from the name brand.

Staminus is both a recognized name brand and one of the lower cost solutions currently available.

No, I am not interested in VPS.

I just wanted low spec of dedicated server.

staminus currently doing a 50% offer and with that offer can fit you budget I think.
