I've seen lots of bad feedback for Levi1 but I am not with them personally so I can't really tell you.

i like the VPS of 1xservices.com or 1xhost.com but i dont like their reseller.

It would be better if you look for some good reviews on the sites that you have mentioned and search the forum for each and every site listed!

Also, keep in mind that a thousand things could go wrong with any webhost. You may face problems with hosts that are quite good and don't have any issues with other people. So, keep a good eye on the market and make sure your host gives you a solid money-back guarantee coupled with good support.

Zoneserv had downtime when Gil (owner) went on vacation and he hired someone to fix the servers which caused downtime.

After Gil came back, I bought their hosting plan, it has been good for 5 weeks uptimes. I like them. :)

I've heard better stories from HTTPme and Hostdime than the providers you have included in your first post.

Out of what you listed I recommend:

This is from reading the 100+ threads I do on this website each day. However, I can recommend ZoneServ as the uptime has been excellent except on Server 3 for a short period of time but that was all.

I believe that in order to get that function you need root access. Normally most reseller hosts will move the accounts for you assuming you give them the username, password, domain name and the ip address for the old server.

Simply ask them the company via live chat or email sales they will be glad to answer your queries.

I wouldn't consider 98.6% uptime particularly good.

Nor would I really but it's your expectation level. If you pay peanuts, then maybe one should expect uptime that doesn't hit 99%. Personally, I feel that anything below 99.5% is not really acceptable for a quality host with quality servers, quality support etc.

Not really heard of them but I would be worried with:
You can now resell unlimited 'reseller' accounts with your reseller account! (you don't need now a dedicated server for this). This great feature can be added to any plan for an additional $30 /m only!
Well, at least they can invest the cash into their service that would otherwise be wasted on a site that doesn't look like my 5 year old designed and powered by Google Search Bar. :/
