I voted for 15minuteservers/NAC, but if they don't start responding to my emails about cPanel soon, and if they continue to ignore this huge market, then my answer will change :(

I voted for ThePlanet. The server I have there is amazing, and the support has always been top notch for me. I didn't see 1&1 in there, but I have a server there as well, and am very happen with them as well.

I always had a dream to provide my clients the best dedicated server.

For last 2 and half months I got my dedicated box with theplanet.

Yes, the efficiency of the server and their quality of support is just great.

There were some hiccups for last 2-3 days of October, otherwise their support is just great.

I vote for Nocster. Excellent support, sometimes a bit late when its is night time at US Time, and small outages which is common with every datacenter.

Great in terms of price. and support.

Defender Hosting is at the top of my favorite list. They're simply amazing and they'll have their new web site up very soon. Not the cheapest around but they're the best. Charles and Tom run a great company with excellent network there and always willing to go beyond to keep their customers happy :D
