Hi guys, I'm with managed.com, and my webalizer stats don't work for a particular domain. Is there a command I can run to restart it?
In case this is any help, in webhostmanager, I can add a new domain and the stats would work for that domain.

From what I understand, you should not have awstats and webalizer running at the same time because they are not compatible with each other.

" /scripts/runlogsnow" will update status for all accounts
"/scripts/fixwebalizer " will fix the status of accounts
" /scripts/runweblogs " will update status for particular account
alway use " Technical & Security Issues "

Ah, my apologies, I'll be sure to post on that forum next time.
I'm not too familiar with Telnet, where can I find that script folder? I looked throughout the root directory but couldn't find a scripts folder anywhere.

Ah, OK. I've got the script running.. up to the second step. During ""/scripts/fixwebalizer", the same error continously shows up in intervals of 60 seconds: "Waiting for load to go down to continue.". I've turned off my vbulletin, so the load should be pretty much non-existent. Any idea what's causing this?
