Add VPSColo and ServInt to that list.

i highly recommend powervps, great support and great uptime. support is very friendly, even if you were a roockie and asked simple question, they will answer.
servint and vpscolo also have a good reputation here.

I would suggest Steadfastnetworks.com. They are really great.
