I don't know if such a servive exists, but is there a service where you could buy names of people who recently bought domain names...

Every time I buy a new domain I get a postcard from register.com or some sort of web hosting company trying to sell me hosting

so i wanted to know if you guys/gals knew where they were obtaining the information

Given that deleteddomains.com exist, I'd hazard a guess the inverse of that service would have to available somewhere.
