Maybe i'm the wrong one.
we got a server from NAC we got 1 Email (net Address)
and 8 Aditional IP.
Windows Server.
Why i cant ping any of the Aditional IP?
when i Trace those IP they stop a NAC center.
Maybe i'm Mising something.

The problem your having is because you havent added the IP addresses to your server (You have to manually configure the other 8 IP addresses). You also might want to find someone that speaks your native language to see if they can help you.
IP were added (we added the first 2 to test)

not in a rush and before open a ticket i was checking if someone could give me an answer.
Anyway the problem was we changed our MASK to .0 and should be .248 (some support staff went to our server and did that observation)
Its working perfect now

Oper: It's always best to work through these issues with your server provider. You are paying for their technical support resources.

sirius, i didnt contact then until i did all posible to solved.
i even posted here before contact then, maybe someone will said "Hey try this...." etc.
like i said not in a rush, i need to have that server runing before december.
I Opened a ticket and 5min later tech support "Stephen", reply asking me if i he can go into my server. so he solved.
(Not used to fast suport like that)
but yes its up and runing.......
