Hello, you know some company of dedicated server that accepts services related with IRC. As eggdrops, ircd. What do have a good protection against DDos, a connection of 100Mbps upward and be less than $200?

What do you mean by 100Mbit? do you mean a 100Mbit to your self, or a 100Mbit to the world?

If you want some awesome irc hosting with some really nice filtering, you could check out staminus. They're in the process of moving to their new datacenter, which has some amazing firewalls.

matt did some packet tests to the new network the other day, he was able to push down upwards of 800,000 packets per second to the firewalls, and the whole network was still online with just a little latency.

They also have their 50% off deal for the rest of the year running now :) so you can get a celeron or something for $50 USD/mo. They don't have a 100Mbit to the world for each user, only 10Mbit. But, they're doing smoe crazy filtering alraedy so there's no use in having that 100Mbit anyways ;)

Check out ddosprotection.com. They have 20mbit and 100mbit mitigating channels. They will not simply null-route your internet connection causing the attacker to get what he wants anyhow ....
