how do I use bandmin? I understand CPanel installs it and has some options for it but I have no clue where to start with it.

Also, can I install / create my own MRTG graphs or do I need my DC to do that?

What part of bandmin are you struggling with? You can access it using the URL http://server.hostname.com/bandwidth/ and it shows a rundown of all incoming, outgoing + total traffic on each IP address you have configured on the server along with the total at the bottom.

Offering accounts with the amount of bandwidth that you do I'd suggest getting used to bandmin asap ;)
